This USD $4.5 billion facility will produce 2.3 million metric tons per annum (TPA) of high-quality urea, reducing Australia’s reliance on imports and supporting global food production. Backed by a 20-year feedstock agreement with Woodside and an offtake agreement with Incitec Pivot, Project Ceres will play a key role in agricultural sustainability and economic growth.
Beyond urea production, PCF is investing in supporting infrastructure and clean energy. Project Vesta will provide dedicated workforce housing, ensuring long-term operational efficiency, while Project Helios will deliver renewable energy solutions to support sustainable operations. Together, these projects will create 2,000 construction jobs and 200 permanent positions, driving local employment and economic development.
